About Me

I am Bridget, a teaching Deputy Principal in a semi-rural primary school in Aotearoa, New Zealand.  I love my students, my job and the changing face of education.

Passionate about... Inquiry Learning, Environmental Education and a keen Digital Enthusiast.  I love connecting with other educators from around the world, encouraging, enhancing and challenging each others practice.

Interested in... the pedagogy behind truly great teaching, leadership and coaching.  I enjoy mentoring new teachers to become amazing practitioners in their own right.

Guilty of...  thinking too much, sleeping too little, jumping in heart first, proofreading everything in sight.

You can find me... glued to my Chromebook, hanging out on Twitter, discussing best practice with a cup of half cold coffee in my hand.

This is a personal blog of my professional practice.  All views are my own and do not reflect those of my workplace.

Bear with me as I dip my toes into blogging, feel free to leave me a comment, follow the blog or connect with me on Twitter.
